  • Honeycomb Gelato

  • Buttermilk & Passionfruit

    CONTAINS: Buttermilk, Jersey Milk, Sugar, Cream, Skim Milk Powder, Dextrose, Guar & Xanthan Gum, and Salt. Passionfruit Sauce container Passionfruit, Water, Sugar, Guary & Xanathan Gum.

  • Chocolate Gelato

    Chocolate

    CONTAINS: Jersey Milk, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Cream, Skim Milk Powder, Dextrose, Guar & Xanthan Gum, and Salt.

  • White Base

    Our gelato’s most basic form is our Jersey Milk or Fior di Latte. From here we build on flavour by adding additional ingredients.

    CONTAINS: Jersey Milk, Sugar, Cream, Skim Milk Powder, Dextrose, Guar & Xanthan Gum, and Salt.

  • Chocolate Base

    Chocolate is always an absolute crowd favourite. We classify our Chocolate Gelato as Dark, but if you prefer it really dark we suggest our Bitter Chocolate Sorbetto.

    CONTAINS: Jersey Milk, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Cream, Skim Milk Powder, Dextrose, Guar & Xanthan Gum, and Salt.

  • Nut Base

    We love nuts at Ciccone & Sons, and where possible we use Australian grown and processed. Just like fruit, nuts are seasonal so they may not be available all year round.

    CONTAINS: Jersey Milk, Nuts (according to the flavour), Skim Milk Powder, Dextrose, Guary & Xanthan Gum, and Salt.

    Nut Flavours include:

    • Hazelnut

    • Pistachio

    • Salted Cashew

    • Gianduja

    • Almond

    • Peanut

  • Sorbetto

    Sorbetto is churned in the same way as gelato, but is dairy (and animal product) free. We choose not to refer to our Sorbetto as Vegan because there is (albeit minimal) chance of cross contamination in our kitchen environment.

    CONTAINS: Fruit (according to the flavour), Water, Sugars (inc Maltodextrone and Glucose).

  • Other Bases we use

    We use a variety of other specific bases according to each of the flavours below. Although they all contain similar ingredients, values between them and our regular bases varies.
